Local records and optional shared accounts are managed separately. Back up anything you want to keep before deleting.
Delete a shared account
Open My account → Delete my account, enter your password and confirm. Sessions end and login access is removed. Shared contracts and history remain for the other party with account identity anonymised. Local phone records are not deleted.
Remove local data
Use Delete on a record’s details. Relationships may prevent deletion and previous versions may remain. To remove all local data, clear app data in Android settings or uninstall. On iPhone use Delete App; Offload App may retain data.
Exported files and requests
Remove exported PDFs, photos and backups from their saved locations separately. The developer cannot remotely delete local records. Contact support about shared data or support correspondence without including passwords or identity documents.

Include app version, device model and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, verification codes, receipts or identity documents.
