Local records

Home, tenancy, payment, handover, maintenance, photo and document records stay on your device. The database uses SQLCipher encryption with a key in secure device storage. Photos and attachments are app-private files without additional file encryption. Android automatic app backup is disabled.

Accounts and shared contracts

The optional shared service processes names, emails, password hashes and verification/session data. Contracts, party details, records, files, reports, versions and decisions that you explicitly share are stored on the API server and accessible to the matched party. Local records are not uploaded automatically. Verification and reset codes are sent from noreply@evteslim.com.

Permissions and sharing

Camera, photo/document selection and notifications support actions you initiate. No location permission is requested. Biometrics and device PIN are verified by the operating system and are not exposed to the app. PDF and backup files go only to the sharing destinations you choose. Local backups are not encrypted.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you remove them. Account deletion removes login access and sessions; shared contracts, files and history remain to preserve the other party’s records, with account identity anonymised. This version does not automatically delete shared history. Contact support for data access and deletion requests.

Advertising, analytics and support

The app has no advertising or usage analytics SDK. The website has no marketing cookies or visitor analytics scripts. Hosting may process IP and technical request data for security and delivery. Language preference is stored in your browser. Support emails are used to respond to your request.
